thank you educational series Our intention is to help educate on a range of information from basic to technical our goal is to add value and support to our Distributors customers and Community this episode will focus on instrument Supply Regulators let's get started Regulators as mentioned in our what are Regulators video are defined as devices for controlling fluid flow Bell gas instrument Supply Regulators use fluid flow for fuel or force in specific processes let's take a look at some applications some applications provide Fuel and others provide Force for a specific process pipeline heater Regulators reduce pressure to burners to create Heat in a Pneumatic control application high pressure is reduced to medium pressure in order to actuate a cylinder that controls a valve let's take a look at these Regulators in more detail Bell gas offers several products used in instrument Supply applications these Regulators can be customized to fit your project such as generating motion of robotic arms lift applications and roller applications next we'll go into each type the P39 is ideal for high Inlet pressure applications with a rated Max Inlet of 6000 PSIG this is primarily used as a first cut regulator the p50 is a versatile regulator that can be customized to fit your applications the p50 has many options such as an internal filter an internal relief and can be built with a gauge the p912 is ideal for fuel applications such as catalytic heaters and can also be used in Appliance applications this is generally the last pressure cut before a specific process the p350 is a general use filter that can be used in collessing and particulate filtration the inlet pressure rating is 4000 PSIG for stainless steel version and 2150 PSIG for the aluminum version the filter elements are interchangeable depending on your specific need the p1367 is a Pneumatic supply pressure manifold system it is designed to provide high and low pressure distribution of gases and fluids The Standard Version has a case Mount or yoke mount bracket The Standard Version also has a delivery pressure of 20 or 35 PSIG but can be customized for delivery pressures of up to 225 PSIG
